Terms & Conditions This quote price is provided based on current information and requirements provided by the client and may be inappropriate if additional information is forthcoming or specifications change. Upon acceptance of design/layout and printing approval is made by client, any further changes will be discussed, calculated, negotiated and finalized with client prior to change in cost. Order takes 7-10 days for final delivery. All taxes and delivery fees are estimated until final Sales Order is processed. Price valid for 30 days from date of quote. Services: Upon acceptance, of design and print PHbyMagda. Will perform the services described in the estimate. Any additional services requested by the client not discussed are not covered by this estimate and will incur additional charges. Schedule: The service will be completed, and/or delivery of product will be made on agreed schedule made by both parties. Payment: All pricing includes sales tax. Acceptable payment method are: Card, Cash and Zelle processing fee determined by banking institute. 25% Deposit required to start order. Remaining balance of invoice is due at completion of work. Late Charges & interest: Any Invoices unpaid on or before completion of work will begin to accrue interest after the due date until the invoice is paid at the lesser of twelve (12%) percent per annum or the highest lawful rate. All materials and goods supplied by PHBYMAGDA shall remain the property of The Company until the full invoice has been paid. Third party not authorized to publish work as their own.
